Phylogenetic History of African Dwarf Toads
My Master's Thesis is aimed at addressing two big picture questions regarding African Dwarf Toads (Family Bufonidae). The first aim is to determine inter- and intra-generic relationships among Poyntonophrynus, Mertensophryne, and Capensibufo. The second part of this project is aimed at addressing the nature of Tympanic Middle Ear (TME) loss among these genera using Computed Tomography (CT) scanning.

Phylogenetics and Morphological Variation of Tree-Hole dwelling Kaloula in the Kaloula kalingensis clade
This project examined the genetic and morphological diversity of tree-hole frogs of the Kaloula kalingensis clade. This project utilizes standard morphometric measurements and Sanger Sequencing to identify putative new species across Luzon Island, Philippines.
